Forgotten Username or Password

GDPR regulations require greater accountability and transparency from organisations in how they collect, process and store personal information.
We have had to make changes to our password change request and collection processes to ensure we comply.

All accounts must now have a designated password champion from within their organisation
The password champion is responsible for the changing, storing and sharing of passwords and usernames with their users
S&P Global will have no visibility of passwords once changed and will direct all users to the assigned password champion to share password details
S&P Global Customer Care team can only accept requests for password changes from the password champion
